A mural for Han, Jasmine, Dori (a goofy and sweet yellow lab) and Gumbo (a shy but very affectionate Japanese bobtail cat) in their home in Los Angeles, California.

This room is on the upper floor with lots of sunlight and doors to the balcony and deck. It is currently an exercise and multi-use space, with feeding areas for Dori and Gumbo. This mural combined their ask for birds and underwater scenes, and incorporates some of the couples’ favourite animals like hummingbirds and hippos.

The goal was a larger than life mural with the animals surrounding the viewer, but to keep the negative space and a cool colour palette to create a soothing space in the home
