Spike and Flaps is located at 25 Lakeshore Drive in front Tiny Tots Town by the lakefront. It features local flora and fauna that can be found by the water; wild strawberries, a black knobbed map turtle (Spike), a purple gallinule and a belted kingfisher (Flaps). The lines were kept loose and energetic to portray the movement of the birds, which mirrors the excitable children splashing in the wading pool on the other side of the fence.
