Ferrand Drive Cycle Track Barriers
These barriers celebrate local community and biodiversity, inspired by the nearby Ontario Science Centre and E.T Seton Park –named after Canadian-American author and wildlife illustrator Ernest Thompson Seton. This design references Seton’s artwork and uses a muted, minimal colour palette with loose brush strokes to mimic vintage illustrations. On one of the barriers Katika Marczell @candypress and I traded spot illustrations and she added a sparrow to compliment my crow.
